FPGA SoCs

FPGA SoCs typically require 20+ voltage rails routed into the SoC, creating a very complex, large and expense power management solution.

These SoCs are designed for fast turn, low-risk development, but the power management solutions end up being anything but. Power solutions can be several times larger than the FPGA itself and are very difficult to route and deliver the needed power integrity to meet the performance and power budget required.
