VERTICAL POWER DELIVERY
Empower’s vertical power-delivery platforms redefine power delivery for the kilowatt-class high-performance computing and artificial intelligence systems. By relocating high-density regulation directly under the load, Crescendo delivers fast transient response, precise voltage control and exceptional power integrity. Its scalable, digitally configurable architecture reduces losses, maximizes power density and eliminates the need for bulky external components or decoupling capacitor banks. Designed for demanding xPU and accelerator platforms, Crescendo enables higher performance per watt while simplifying system design and supporting the rapid evolution of next-generation computing.
SYSTEM & CHIPLET POWER
High-performance electronic systems, including chiplet-based systems-on-chips (SoCs), are becoming increasingly complex, with a growing number of power domains requiring precise, tightly coordinated power delivery. Empower’s patented IVR technology eliminates dozens of discrete components, delivering unprecedented simplicity, speed and accuracy. Offering the industry’s smallest and fastest integrated voltage regulators with multi-domain support and up to 25 W capability, Empower enables highly efficient system and chiplet power in a compact solution.
SILICON CAPACITORS
Silicon capacitors deliver unmatched power and signal integrity for advanced computing systems. With ultralow equivalent series inductance (ESL) and equivalent series resistance (ESR), they provide wideband performance up to 10GHz. High capacitance density and an ultrathin profile enable die-side, land-side or embedded substrate integration with single- or multi-domain configurations. These capacitors offer outstanding stability and reliability, with no DC, AC, aging or temperature derating, and support consistent performance across all operating conditions. They are available as a standard portfolio or fully custom designs.
