ECAP silicon capacitors are Empower’s advanced decoupling solutions built on deep trench capacitor technology to deliver power delivery network optimization and industry-leading capacitance density for power integrity in advanced processors, xPUs and SoCs. With a customizable ultra-thin profile down to 50μm and support for substrate embedding as well as die-side and land-side mounting, ECAP fits the tight integration constraints of next-generation high-performance computing platforms. ECAP silicon capacitors improve power integrity by delivering stable, high-performance decoupling built on ultra-low ESL of less than 5pH and ultra-low ESR, which keeps supply impedance low across a wide bandwidth of 10MHz to 10GHz.
