Overview of the EP70XX IVR

The EP70XX is the industry’s first commercially available high-density IVR, integrating three rails in a miniature IC offering a complete solution with zero discrete components. 

The EP70XX series of single, dual and triple-output step-down converters provide the ultimate flexibility required for high-density systems that demand the best performance in the smallest size. With its miniature 5 mm x 5 mm package and 0.75mm height, the EP70XX IVR is ideally suited for point-of-load power conversion.

The EP70XX IVR features unmatched transient response and DVS capability (Dynamic Voltage Scaling) making it the optimal solution for powering high-performance systems with the highest density.

EP70XX Demo Board Downloads

The EP70XX Demo Platform comprises a single board that contains the EP70XX device with no external components for the operation of the IVR.

The demo platform is equipped to connect a PC via a micro-USB connector and a USB-to-I2C translation circuit, allowing IVR configuration through a Graphical User Interface (GUI). There are also headers and test points to connect input power, output loads and probe I/O signals.
